Question 1

Can I get samples before ordering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tick “Send samples” when you send your enquiry and the sourcing desk arranges them with the supplier.

Question 2

What if my material isn't listed?

Accepted Answer

Use “Post your requirement” with the polymer, form, grade and colour you need. We'll look for it across our supplier network.

Question 3

Can I enquire for several materials at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Post one requirement listing all the grades and quantities, and the desk sends a single combined quotation.

Question 4

How do I see prices?

Accepted Answer

Scrap and recycled prices move with the market, so each enquiry gets current quotations from matched suppliers. You compare and accept them in My enquiries.

Question 5

How is quality checked?

Accepted Answer

Each material lists its key parameters, such as MFI, moisture, contamination or IV. Agree the values in your enquiry and test samples before the bulk lot.

Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Every enquiry has a live status from supplier matching through dispatch and delivery, with messages to the desk.
